Did you see the 60 Minutes report tonight on the dangers of sugar?
Why is all the stuff that tastes good bad for you? And I have such a sweet tooth.
But I play tennis a lot and don't drink or smoke and ate my first steak this weekend since
the first of the year (lost about 18 pounds) so I guess I can have one vice. LOL.
Let's hope that tasting pussy juice is healthy!!!! LOL.

They're always trying to scare people. Our bodies run on sugar, and we exhale carbon dioxide, which they are now trying to convince people is evil. Soon they'll be banning us from breathing out, and plants from breathing in. I'll take sugar over artificial sweetener anytime. When I was a teen, they claimed olive oil was the worst oil for you too, and I knew that was a load.

Occassionaly it seems there always is this 'new' discovery of what is bad for us, what it effects, what it causes etc....i simply eat what i like when i like in moderation....next they will be telling us we shouldnt be drinking water!

Yes sugar is really bad for you, empty calories, no nutrition in it..But there is always fruit:) Fruit's healthy..I love berries, apples, oranges.. yum!
