Here's an article written by a guy who made every marriage mistake in the book. But at least he is willing to admit he made them and apparentlylearned from him. But he could have used a few marriage classes before he got married in the first place.
Here's the link:

What I think wonderful is that he finally heard what she was saying all along, and made the changes needed to rekindle their marriage. Every marriage has problems, its when you stop trying and/or do not care about how your actions and words show your love that love dies.
ReplyDeleteI love happy endings glad he made it work!!

Good for him that he had a wake up call and was prepared to acknowledge and work on his mistakes, although i would be surprised if it was just mistakes on his part!
ReplyDeleteAny relationship needs maintaining in order for it to flourish.

Very true that any relationship needs maintaining.

Sounds just like my other half, really.
ReplyDeleteYes, I concur - well done him for making the changes necessary. It's great he got another chance.
Yes, it's great he got another chance and made the most of it.

an honest approach to saving a marriage, write about it for all the world to read ;). Is monogamy a natural state? Or a decision to be endured. Hmmmm?
ReplyDeleteLet's hope it is not a decision to be endured.

This was refreshing to read. I love to hear when someone is given a second chance and they don't blow it....they actually take it seriously and do what is needed to fix the issues at hand. They don't just "say" they will fix it and then sweep all the issues under the rug. They take those issues head on, face them, and then fix them! Great job:)
