Kinky lifestyle profiled in New York Times

Another sign that the kinky lifestyle is going more mainstream is this article in the N.Y Times. I think you will find it interesting. Here's the link:

  1. Yes, that was interesting, thanks for posting it.
I wonder how long it will take for some TV show to be about this type of lifestyle. I mean they have done polygamy, multiple personality, and I am sure many more, so I wonder how long it will take.

    1. The Oprah Winfred network recently did an hour show on the kinky lifestyle. But it would seem like it would make a good reality series.

    2. Or even a real tv show, if done well.

  2. Hi,

I have been to Paddles, Purple Passion and meetings of TES. Also, I have met Lee Harrington, Lolita Wolf and Dr. Ferrer. All three are brilliant individuals who are excellent speakers.

We have a very active kink community in NYC. There is some kinky activity almost every day in the metro area.

My personal preference is SCONY, the Spanking Club of New York that meets monthly. In fact, I will be joining my spanko friends on Saturday for a party run by this group.

  3. I have not met anyone who has joined the kink community after reading 50 Shades of Grey.

    1. Not surprising that New York has an active kink community. And I need to read 50 Shades.
