Here is a story about how a woman overcame low self esteem and started to feel better about her body. I wish most women would feel more better about their bodies.

I have never felt really good about my body but I did feel better when I received positive feedback from Matthew. It's a daily struggle...so happy for this woman. Thanks for sharing FD.

I've always had body images. In part, I've never truly been with someone, until now, who does everything possible to help me believe in myself, to show me that I have a good body, etc. It's slowly getting better, but at times it's a complete disaster.
ReplyDeleteI love this article.
Good to hear it is slowly getting better. Nice you are now with someone who does everything possible to believe in yourself. the more positive you feel about yourself, the better.

I really loved this. I would love to see this exhibit. I don't know many women who don't struggle with poor body image, including myself. In fact, I *knew* from about age 10 and onwards that I was not "pretty" enough. It's so sad to me that little girls are growing up with this. Being married has helped and our DD relationship has helped, but I still have a ways to go!
ReplyDeleteYes most women struggle with their body image. It is unfortunate. Nice that being married and in DD has helped. Good luck in continuing to do better.
