Here's an article on why marrying for love may not be the best idea. But don't we all want to marry for love?

I married for love but looked for someone who had a future. I didn't want to be with someone in a dead end job going nowhere fast.
ReplyDeleteI guess its really a personal choice. Love may not be as important to some as it is to others. And the reasons for marrying may differ from one individual to the next. I don't think either concept is right or wrong. Personally, if I were to marry it would only be for love but it would be with someone able to grow with me. I think that element is the most important part of a relationship's success, the abilty to grow together. This is regardless of whether its for love or not.
