    I have a daughter that says she's not getting married...I might believe her, except I said the same thing, lol!

    Good post FD. I chose the same way back when. Though I had a partner for 19yrs, we never married, & I chose to not have children. Although now...I would like someone permament. Marriage could be an option with the right person, but not because it's expected of me. But living together with a commitment would be an option as well.
