Public Play

I found this on another on another site. It shows public play can have unexpected consequences.

Here's the link:

  1. I think the natural reaction of someone seeing a woman bound in the back of a car would be to think it wasn't consensual.

  2. Unfortunately in this thing we do...we have a responsiblity to provide ID and verification if we want to play in public.....on the off chance that some serial killer has a girl bound up in the backseat of his car...i'm glad someone called the Police ..better safe than sorry.
If Master wants to play in public we will have our ID's ready....

  3. I'm with Kitty. The natural reaction would be to think foul play. Better to be wrong than have someone suffer mayhem.

  4. This is a reason why i tend to shy away from anything that is public unless there is an absolute guarantee of it going un-noticed.

I have done and yes it was exciting, but the risks have to be assessed, i want to have fun but i dont want to end up being arrested nor do i want to inflict my kink on any unwilling members of the general public.

  5. I have to agree with Kitty - if you saw this happen the first thing yo would think there's something wrong.

  8. I heard this story on the news and it made me laugh. Musicman and I were playing on our favorite beach a few years ago. It is kind of remote and no one goes there much after dark, except us of course. We got busted by the cops. Thank goodness we saw the headlights as they pulled into the parking area and it gave us enough time to get dressed before they got out of the car. Once they realized we weren't teenagers causing trouble they were cool about things. It's a good thing that who ever saw that couple did not just assume everything was ok, if the circumstances where different the story being reported might have been about a kidnapping and murder.

  9. Thanks for all your comments. I think we all agree that calling the police is the natural thing to do if you see a naked woman tied up in the backseat. If you engage in public play, you need to be more careful

Incidentally, here's a link to painspleasure's blog that mentions how 16 gay men in the UK went for jail for engaging in consensual s@m activity that was videotaped. I always thought consensual activity involving adults was legal but I guess you have to be wary in the UK.

Anyway, here's the link to her blog, which is worth reading by the way and well done:

  10. Florida Dom,
Regarding the your post, I have to say I would call the police because I would rather be safe than sorry and one just never knows.

Now as for the 16 gay men and consensual S&M acts, here in Canada nearly all acts that fall under S&M, BDSM are illegal whether we are consenting or not. I think many of these laws are silly but they exist nevertheless.

Most laws in many countries do not permit kink related activities. It is whether or not the courts know of said activity or if they care. Circumstances play a part I think more than the actual act.
