Everything you always wanted to know about the clitoris

I thought you would find this article on the clitoris interesting. I had no idea it wasn't discovered until 1898.

For the women in the audience, were you taught about your clit or did you just discover it on your own with your hand? It also says a woman can normally orgasm in four minutes by masturbating. Not sure if that meant a hand or help from a vibe. And would you rather slow down and have it take longer.

I thought it would be interesting to hear your thoughts.

  1. i can't remember how i learned about my clit. it's the most sensitive part of my sexual organs for sure. i am a total clit girl, best ogasms from it. i'm curious on the size. sent the article to Sir with stating we may need to do our own experience and measure. ha! oh, hand or bullet, less than 4 minutes.

  2. oops, forgot to preface, my nipples use to be more sensitive than my clit, but i whacked those puppies (boobs) off. i needed to for my health, but miss nipple induced orgasms. it's not always fun being a total clit girl. You, as a Dom, can guess why. :)

  3. Sorry to hear you had you boobies removed, but your health is the most important thing. Was that a difficult decision? I can imagine you miss the nipple inducted orgasms. Did you have reconstructive surgery?

  4. Very interesting article. 1998, I found mine long before that. lol

"How would man get off if his sexual primary organ was ignored?" just wondering.

  5. It was 1898. Yeah, guys wouldn't like their sexual primary organ being ignored.

But then guys who ignore the clit don't know how to please a woman.

  6. FD, I didn't have a mastectomy, I had a 9lb breast reduction. the health issue was my back. my nipples were reattached, but are not as sensitive as before. Even though it was only a reduction, it was a tough decision because I knew that sensation would be taken from me.

    1. Thanks for the update. I misinterpreted what you wrote. I've heard that big boobs can put a strain on a woman's back. Interesting that some women have implants to get bigger ones and you needed a reduction for health reasons. If you don't mind continuing this conversation, did men check out your boobs less when they were smaller? Or about the same? Men do seem to be obsessed with them in our society

  7. I discovered my clit as a child but I didn't have an orgasm until I was older. Still I enjoyed playing with it but had no idea what it was called until long after my first orgasm. Men often ignore the clit and I know that some women can't orgasm without direct stimulation. So I'm not so sure why so many men ignore it so much except that maybe they're sexually selfish or they just don't understand how a woman works.

    1. I can't figure out why so many men ignore the clit. To me to bring a woman to an orgasm makes the sexual experience even better for the guy. Nothing like that afterglow when you've satisfied her. I hope the man in your life gives it a lot of attention.

  8. I don't remember when I discovered my clit, but I know it was early on in life. I can orgasm without direct stimulation, but it takes so much longer. Thankfully I'm with a man who understands that playing with it while pleasuring me is definitely the most enjoyable way to go for both of us. I had no idea about it's actual anatomy though, fascinating article.

  9. Yes, you are fortunate that you are with a man who understands that playing with it while pleasuring you is definitely the most enjoyable way to go for both of you.

By the way, I love your line about being a Mistress in the kitchen and a pet to your Sir.

  10. I don't remember when I learned about my clit, but I was definitely an adult. I think most men don't really realize how important the clit is to giving a woman complete pleasure. Perhaps more men will learn with Cliteracy. I like that word!

    1. Yes, let's hope sore men will learn. Since the state of sex education isn't good, I guess women have to teach them.

  11. Cliteracy is awesome! I was referred here by a comment on my squirting post. Seems they go hand in hand....

I have really early memories of masturbating as a young child-- quite sure I'd already found my clit...
